Taylor Webb Group was established on the long-standing ambition of director, David Lott, who wanted to create a unique property development company, specialising in designing and constructing high quality residential developments and investment projects across the South East and East Anglia.

We are unlike any other company in our industry as we have a fine blend of innovation and traditional values at our core, allowing our dedicated teams of individuals to use their professionalism, energy and passion to provide clients and partners with a seamless resource to complete all assignments.

A highly experienced director, specialising in all aspects of construction, David Lott founded Taylor Webb Group with the desire to forge long lasting relationships with our partners, clients, design, and investment teams based on his own reputation for being a reliable and straightforward individual. David has been involved in a wide variety of projects working for various UK and internationally based companies over the last 35 years, developing Client, Partner and Design team relationships. From his early days in the industry as an Apprentice Carpenter, he has gained valuable experience at all management levels within the various sectors of the construction and property development industry.
